It is not so simple.. He needs to have a "superior" sign for whatever is
"procured".
A representative from his office must be the "signer". He must first go to
DRMO..get with the person in charge there...set up an account..along with
the person that will be responsible.. Once you go through all the red
tape..it becomes easy...and also "easy" to get your butt in a sling...BE
CAREFUL..!! Gene..I was a representative for the US NAVY to DRMO (Property
Disposal) back in the '70's and '80's..and knew the system very well......
