My response to the darkside, and The MV hobby,
Here on the lightside, we respect people who prepay as per instructions, We
expect to have our MV parts shipped promptly by those( Professional ?
Vendors) who we send our hard earned money to, we suggest ways that they
could make it up to us for taking months to ship( the dark ones call that
extortion) what we payed promptly for and we communicate with each other
when we have a proplem!! Not just dissappear into the dark for months
causing great stress for those waiting to work on their projects
We Help each other, try to earn each others respect, and take the time to
communicate with each other!!!
We don't slander each other when there is a dispute, we present the facts
as we see them and ask our friends for help and advice when something goes
bad.
Here in the light , when someone sends money for parts, they are shipped
right away or if not an explianation is presented, and the buyer is keeped
informed.
Here in the light side we have something call courtisy, which is not
common and not present on the Darkside.
One of the better traits of the lightside is considering the impact of our
actions or inaction on others,
Those on the lightside feel its their obligation to the community to let
people know when the darkones are acting badly so they can avoid the same
bad treatment themselves....
Yoda... I can't get the Goat to levitate yet, but the Mutts a couple of
feet off the ground....hum, I wonder if its because of the engine mods I
just installed :)
The chicks may be freaky in the darkside, but the women in the light don't
complain about the house being surrounded by Mutts even when they don't like
it much, or a basement packed with MV parts , still make a nice roast beef
dinner on sunday and rub your back when it hurts from lifting differentials.
#1 Rule on the light side, Take Responsability for what you do, say, or
don't do!!!
I think most of us with OD Vehicles prefer the Lightside!
Our country as a whole is in a battle against the dark forces,
Charlie, you may love living on the darkside, but you don't expect people
to trust you do you?
