URL for Convoy Rules

Ok folks,

Here is the URL for the best convoy rules and regs that I have found so
far. Thanks to all who have given their assistance. It is a fairly new
version, which I think should mean that it is the safest, and
encompasses more types of vehicles than earlier FMs. I will be
incorporating many ideas sent to me by other listers in the very, very
abbreviated rules for our convoy.
