Does your M38A1 idle? If it floods when you run it
at a steady speed, it's flooding. Are your plugs wet?
Is there gas in the oil? Your M38A1 should have a top
end of between 50 and 60 MPH, but you shouldn't drive
around at that speed. Check your carburetor out.
