Georgia is pretty MV friendly as well. I've had almost zero problems
driving my Armored cars around. 1.5 slightly bad run in's with cops
that once they saw that I had paperwork backed off or dropped the
official questions and switched to kid in a candy store mode. All
other cops have acted like kids looking at something really cool.
We're the same with guns too. (Zero problems with police after I
added a dummy MG barrel to the turret).
