I need the collective wisdom of the group please. I have an interested
party that wants to buy my Mutt. It just occurred to me however that the
fact that he lives in Norway could create a problem with the Feds when I
try to export it. It is titled and registered in my state but I don't
have a Form 98 (I think that's the one) from the Govt. Any constructive
suggestions. I'd love to sell it here but as yet no other offers.
