That's why I run with Bumper Numbers. No problems with cops. At the
TXSG advanced training exercise in Austin last year, I (along with all
POMV owners) was asked to show proof of ownership to the range safety
officer on the NG base. He did say my truck looked better than most of
theirs.

One guy you never argue with is the range safety officer. He asked me
where my drip pan was. I was new and didn't know a drip pan was
required, I had none. He 'found' one which was 'being thrown away' and
gave it to me!
