Thanks to all who helped us with info.. Appears that OK, TX, OH, and IN
have laws like we what to get passed here. We could used the code cites
for OH and IN, but it is a start. We already have historic plate
legislation and a number of special plates available, so we will be ready
for next year's legislative session.
