Seriously, first of all the facts are crap. I have received packages
from UPS dressed individuals driving their own personal vehicles. This
generally only happens around the Holidays when their resources are
stretched very thin. And I haven't died of Anthrax of an explosion, so I
would say that the driver was legit :-)
