Just thought some of you might like to know this
I returned a screw driver, bent punch and intermittent ratchet today
to Sears. They replaced all and attempted to give me a lesser grade,
reconditioned ratchet! The guy told me that their policy was repair
or possibly replace with reconditioned! I went over and looked and
found the same ratchet, not a lesser and told him I wanted that one!
