I use Proto professional wrenches. The garentee them for life. They are
thinner than crasfts man wrenches and fit into tighter spaces.

As for sockets I use nothing but Snap On. I buy them used and flea markets.
I just had my Snap On ratchet fall apart. It fell to the floor and burst
apart. The local Snap On guy fixed it and a broken socket no questions
asked. He did it with a smile as well.

Sold me on Snap On. I am not professional mechanic either. I just like to
use good tools

I'm sure that if the Sears chain has a policy it will happen everywhere that
they have a store. I live in Maryland and buy in Maryland as well as
Delaware (no state sales tax) and close by, for now as we are moving farther
away soon. So far, I have been lucky and have had nothing but great luck
with the Craftsman brand. The Sears brand that they sell is a world of
difference from the Craftsman label. And I will agree 100% that for a
business person you should stick with Snap On as not only is it longer
lasting, I believe, but also fits better on nuts and bolts so, less
slippage. I have a couple of Snap On tools but can't justify the expense
and as a hobbiest am quite satisfied with Craftsman. I guess really, the
warantee says that they will replace the defective product. It dosen't say
that they will replace it with new.

MV content: Does anyone out there in MV'er land have a preference on
commercially (not commercial) built trailers for hauling a Jeep? I need
something with tandem wheel setup and ramp(s), prefer no tilt trailers. The
trailer needs to haul at least 4,000 lbs to cover the Jeep and some
equipment, Craftsman tools <grin> and other stuff. Again, I am located in
Maryland so would prefer something in the Maryland, S.E. Penna or Del.
areas. I have to move mine about 285 miles to it's new home with a garage
and want my own trailer not a rental or loaner.
