Need help identifying a W.W.I. GMC

I'm trying to help someone identify a vehicle shown in a photo with his grandfather, and could use some assistance. My MV books do not show this model truck. It's a GMC ambulance around 1917 vintage. I've posted the photo at:

Could anyone tell me what model, year or anything else about this truck?
