Hi All,
I've been looking for a project to do, and I think I've found a good
one. I'd like to get the PS Magazines articles on 2.5 and 5 ton trucks
and scan them, put them on CD or DVD in PDF format and make that body of
literature available to everybody. Actually if I can talk my son into
helping maybe I'll do all of the mag. The problem is that I've been
trying to buy them off e-bay and they go for ridiculous prices. I'd
like to ask those of you who have collections of these if you would be
willing to loan/rent them to me for a couple weeks at a time so I can
scan them. I'd be happy to give anybody that helped a copy of the
finished product. I don't believe the creation of an electronic copy
will diminish the value of your hard copies, because the people who want
hard copies will still want them, regardless.
I think this would be a great thing to do for the mil-veh community.
