To All:

I am going to purchase a commercial step van to pull my military vehicle
and haul stuff around to swap meets, etc.

I've never bought a commercial vehicle before. Is it just like a regular
vehicle insofar as you can negotiate the price, or is the price listed
usually the price it's sold for?
