We're a pretty frank bunch and I will say that there is no love lost
between our folks and the Baath Party. We had a local person in
Kuwait city during the Iraqi occupation and plundering. She was
giving nightly calls with information and details. When the Iraqi
secret police found her, they tortured her and her father for
something like 30 days straight before they killed them both.
