Hi All,
    Does anyone have a know working Tach Buffer Module?
This is that tiny pc board that fits in a little plastic box that is
attached to the diagnostic cable a couple of inches back from the
connector under the dash.

    I think mine is dead and it would help tremendously, since
without it I can't get a valid RPM measurement from my STE/ICE-R test
set.
