On my 1970 Plymouth (1968~1970 productions are very similar), and most mopars from that era, there are some electrical components like capacitors on the instrument cluster. When ever I reconnect the battery on that car, I too get a little spark. Although there could be a minuscule drain, I'm fairly sure it's that capacitor charging up.

There could well be capacitors to ground in RFI (Radio Frequency Interference)
suppressers in various places. There is some capacitance between the wiring and
the chassis, for sure, but it's pretty small. There could also be capacitors
across the power line in a radio that could be in circuit even if the radio is
turned off.

Check the current draw with a milliammeter with everything turned off, as has
been previously suggested, to determine the stead state drain.
