Sounds like service light switch (right blackout light switch) needs to be
put in the on (up) position.

Subject: [MV] CUCV M1009 Wiring Question...

Hi List...

I'm posting for my friend Henry (who just bought an M1009 out of law
enforcement and is restoring it to its military glory) and I will
forward all answers to him...thanks in advance!

Jim I was wondering if you know or if you could post a question for me
on the boards. I was working on the CUCV this weekend and found that
the lights aren't working. Headlights, brake lights, turn signals all
off. I thought it could be one of two things, first I thought it
might have something to do with the blackout lights because I just
found the switches cable tied under the dash and I had played with
that a bit. Then I read about the fusible links and was trying to
track down the one that may be for the lights. However, I am not able
to visually locate this and thought maybe you could find out if anyone
has had this problem and knows how to fix it.

Thanks!
