They surplused out (out of date I guess) a bunch of mil-spec GO in the early
90's
Whichever one it was, it had the unique ability to absolutely stop seal
leaks!
I use to buy it by the 5 gal pail until the givmint declared it hazerdous
material
and required all kinds of stuff so I am told so the dealers stopped buying
it.
