Towing a 5 ton (question)

I need to tow a M52A2 5 ton tractor and wonder if I need to drain the
power steering fluid out so that it can easily track, or if that is not
necessary. Anyone know? Oh, I'm going to tow it with a M54A2 cargo
truck.
