I have been unable to remove the drain & fill plugs on the worm side of my
front winch. They have a 3/8" square socket. I've tried PB Blaster and
twisted off two(!) 1/2" to 3/8" adapters. Have tried a 1/2" air impact
wrench - plugs won't budge. Have been reluctant to apply much heat out of
fear of cracking the housing.
Any tips would be appreciated.
