If you study the theory of batteries, you will find that paired batteries
react to the level or power of the weakest battery.
When you buy a pair of batteries & want the best service, buy a pair from
the exact same lot. Even batteries made on different days can be a lesser
than optimum match.
Trailer Life Magazine had a great article a long time ago & repeated it
again a few years ago.
I will probably jinx myself now, but, the pair of batteries in my travel
trailer are over 8 years old. Most dealers & battery companies say that
3 - 4 years usage is all you will get. OK now I will have to buy
batteries this year.
