Hi list,
IM going to buy a M35A2 and went to Pennsylvania licensing center to see what
I will need to register it as a historic vehicle. They told me it must be in
mint condition with no rust, dents,scratchs or I cant register it with
historic plates
has anyone in pa had this problem?
