GOOD FREAKING LUCK. They sent me the wrong truck which was a piece of shit
and GL refused to compensate, negotiate, or be helpful in any way. Trying
to speak to a supervisor is like speaking to a wall with more power than
you. I wrote letters, made phone calls, emails, and got a piss-poor,
unprofessional, shut the hell up and go away response instead. The part
that pissed me off the most was that they were extremely rude about the
whole thing like if it were my fault.
But like someone wrote before, they are the only game in town.
