         MAKE UP A RED METAL PLATE ABOUT 3X5 INCHES WITH A HOOK ATTACHED TO
ONE END AND HANG THIS ONTO THE SHUTDOWN HANDLE AS A REMINDER TO SHUT THE
AIR DRAINS. SIMILAR TO A NO-FLY REDTAG FOR AIRCRAFT.
