There is an out here for the MV's. ie if it's personal and you don't
operate a business with it ("no declared income") then you can go
with a non CDL Class A or B if your state has them.

There are Class A and B type RVs that don't fall into the CMVS regs
because they're not "commercial". They're still over the weights
requiring a A or B if that state has them. Some states don't have non
commercial A's and B's meaning you just drive them with a Class C.
Other states have to honor them due to the Full Faith and Credit
Clause.

If they're your family then you're exempt here too.

Personal doesn't cut it here.

You just need an Air Endorsement typically.
