The states may require an endorsement for the Class/Weight/Equipment
or they may not. Georgia has a non commercial Class A and B. Yet,
RV's of any weight class are drivable under Class C (car licenses)
according to the Ga Driver's hand book. Its not the first time that
laws are contradictory.
