MB/GPW and Hotchkiss M201 Jeep Differences

Hi

I was just wondering if anyone knew what the exterior differences were
between the Willys/Ford MB/GPW Jeeps and the French M201 Hotchkiss ones, if
there are any?

I'm aware of the change to a 24v system and suspension/underbody/handbrake
differences, but am trying to find out how much they are different in the
bodywork/exterior.

Any replies or links to sites where i can find out would be a great help
