Hi Jim...
These are the ones used I believe as standard-equipment on the M35A2C
(drop-side) version (I might be wrong), and are an official auxiliary
tie-downs to the existing tie-downs on many MVs.
Also, I typed your term "universal tiedown anchors" into MILDOCS.COM's
ETM Search field and got the link to TB 9-2300-280-30, "Technical
Bulletin for Tactical Vehicles: Installation of Universal Tiedown
