These are p/n i735X130-12L. Excellent service too,
they were on a big brown truck the same day I called
and ordered them. They may not be milspec, but you
can't beat the price.
The PulseTech website has p/n 735X130IS-12-L which
looks exactly the same as what I received and lists
for $85.95.
