Look in TM 9-2320-225-10, page 21, figure 15 (controls), illustration A.
It's right there.
When you take off the windshield you plug the windshield wiper air hose line to the clip. This plugs the line so that it does not create a vacuum leak when driving the vehicle with the windshield off.
