Kirk,
Try this site, it helped me out with my axle project.
I used a little RTV around the keyway also. Have had
good luck so far. I filled my differentials to a half
inch below the plug. Can't say for sure which is
correct. Also, beware of the gear lube getting all
over the brake linings.
