Greetings list. I'll have to say that GL is improving in the customer
service dept. I just called trying to get an invoice from sale 658 last year. I had
it and lost it in a computer crash. Anyway, after finally reaching a live
person (Joe) I explained my situation. He reviewed my acct and there was a pause,
then he said from last year? I expected the worst but he said he would email
it to me as an attachment. I hung up the phone and went right to the computer
and it was already there. Thumbs up to Joe for being so prompt and
professional.
