11.00x20's on a deuce

I have an M35 I want to change to 11x20's , How do I install the tires on
the intermediate and rear drive axles in place of the duals? Do I not use
the lugs and just the buds? Are the rims installed like on the front axle
or opposite? Also, How much does this add to the height of the deuce? My
tech data doesn't really give any instructions for installing 11x20's.
