To the anonymous lister and others,
                                                     Please accept my
humblest apologies for my stupidity in posting twice . The content of the
posting is accepted as one of the commonest causes of otherwise unexplained
brake failure. For vehicles infrequently used, with hydroscopic brake fluid
in the system, the potential for sticking brakes and boiling fluid is real.
