Try to see if the oozing ink is water soluble. If it is, the ink may have been
formulated with something like glycerin or ethylene glycol which will never dry
out.
I would try putting them on a flat grille, like an oven rack, and blowing warm
dry air (maybe 100 to 110 degrees) over them for a few days and see if that
helps. Alternatively, putting them between blotting paper might work also, but
be careful of removing too much color that way.
