Glen, anything can be accomplished with a suitable amount of cash! The 818
conversion might not be so bad. Your frame length behind the cab should be
around 11 feet. If you add bumperettes that should get you to almost 12' which is
exactly what a deuce bed is. Framerails are the same width so it shouldn't be
that bad. Once you get the deuce bed installed using the same mounting
brackets that come on a deuce frame then you open yourself up to a myriad of
different bodies including the shop van bodies. Sounds interesting. Next year when you
get them let me know how it goes.
