I don't know Ron, but it is obviously a different criteria than was used
in the 1980s. Guess military parts sold by small contractors are more
dangerous to the lives of "American war-fighters" than entire weapons
systems sold by covert government ops. Wonder of President Bush Jr. will
pardon everybody like his dady did?
