In the Detroit area we see a fair amount of 208 3 phase. Just finished installing an 80 ton chiller in downtown Detroit that is 208. A lot of equipment is rated for 208/240. Always have to remember to change the primary hook-up on the control transformer from the 240 tap to the 208 one. They usually come hooked up for 240. On days when it is hot out and the incoming line voltage is already a little low, a transformer running on 208 (or less) and hooked up for 240 just will not pull the the compressor contactors in.
