My property may have been stolen from GL auction

Hello

List it appears as though someone has picked up my property without permission. I was never notified of my EUC approval but my credit card was charged. Upon receiving the bill I checked my account with GL and it listed my item as collected. Unfortunately it is the weekend and no one in available to help me with my problem.

Has this happened to anyone before? The item may still be there but previous experience only listed the item collected after I picked them up.
