Hi All...
OOPS! Jeff is right!
I just took a look at some blackout lights on an old M1008 rear bumper
in the pile and there is indeed a GM-style connector on one of them.
(The other blackout light appears to be the type with the rubber
boots, but the ends were cut off and it has the 2 wires spliced to a
GM connector.)
I thought these blackout lights were for a CUCV because I compared
them to an NOS set I got from Saturn Surplus years ago, and they were
sold as CUCV lights. The ones from Saturn Surplus have the rubber
boot connectors too.
OK, I have notified the bidders and have also added a note to the
auction for bidders that these are for an M880 series vehicle but will
fit a CUCV with modifications to the connectors.
Thanks for pointing this out!
