Hey,

Well heres how the story ends. The white coating inside didn't seem to be
that bad, so we put 10o or so gallons of water in, poured some bleach in,
took it home behind a M1008 (That was fun) Then hooked it up to the M35A2 I
am borrowing from the department. We towed it around the property in 2nd low
range over some really rough stuff, shook it up good. We then looked inside.
Well the whit coating was still there. Then we looked harder, and a bunch of
paint ships of a faded white, almost yellow color were floating around. We
decided this probably isn't a good thing to be drinking water out of. So we
decided to make a little tanker out of it. We bolted a small pump to it and
took it in to the station full of water, with the m1008 (This was twice as
fun). Well then we found out that in washington that trailers over 3000lbs
need trailer brakes. Well the Fd has a M35A2, but they dont want to keep it
just to haul this, and it would be too much money to convert it to a
electric brake system or put the tank on a different frame. So I might be
getting it to tow behind my M211 for show. The M107 was made in 1957, so its
close in year to my truck.

Thanks for everyones help on this problem,

Caleb
