I'd expect tires to fail if you run them at high speed while at low
pressures. As weight goes up, tire pressure becomes more critical.
Increase the speeds and you're adding more problems.
I'm not going to say the folks in those rollovers got what they
deserved, but I'm more inclined to say driver error was a significant
factor then they're willing to admit.
