M151A2 & Mail Questions

Hi List,
        Would anyone on the list be able to tell me how to find the date of
manufacture of a customer's M151A2 from the following serial#, C151-28416?
There are no data plates.
        Also, I only get mail from the list in one big lump, once a day. Is there
a setting I need to change?
