Hello from Atlanta, Ga

Is it not amazing how some of the patriotic surplus sales folks think
buying at auction MV's and parts at 10 % of wholesale is a too high price
to pay for "junk", and how many of these noble vendors also find fault with
our Gov't's. policy of paying too much for the MV's new in the first place
from the mfgr's....... But wait-- when they sell, there is often an as-is,
where-is price, no warranty, fresh OD paint over rust ("hey, it's freshly
painted and cherry!") and many an entrepreneur who buys at auction for
resale is a self-described victim of: 1. the government bureaucracy; 2.
consumers who
want some sort of guarantee when the entrepreneur resells his surplus
purchase (can you imagine?); and 3. free market competition!
The surplus market is made up of lots honorable business people, and also
those folks who could probably could not hold a job working for someone
else....
