One thing nobody has mentioned here is that the Federal government has
already been sued over the M151 and lost. Years ago a civilian bought one and
rolled it and was paralyzed from the accident. He sued for millions and won.
That's when they started the de-mil. I know a guy that met him. He tried to
become a rock and roll show promoter and lost all the money.
