Not unlike modern F cans, but more flimsy and prone to leakage. There
were several types, one was square in plan and held 5 gallons. The F
can style (with a diagonal handle, was in 1 or 2 Imperial gallon
sizes). There were also smaller sized "flimsies" for oil and other
fluids.
Something like 30% of flimsies leaked in transit. They make great
stoves though.
