1. Record your emails.
2. Obtain the check - but, don't handle it.
3. Report incident to the FBI or US Postal
Inspectors, but only if check arrives in the mail.
4. Turn over everything to them.
Not only will you have the satisfaction of doing
something good, but you may win a free trip to the
place of trial via the U.S. government, all expenses
paid. I should know, I've paid witnesses expenses
many times on similar cases for the government.
