As I've mentioned before, I own a parts store. When it comes to those seals, Memphis is the place. The inner seal was $18.99 plus shipping. The part number from Memphis for the seal is 7411429. The National number (the brand of seals I carry) for that seal is 6584S and my cost on the seal was $29.06. The part number for the outer seal from Memphis is 7411430. I can't tell you the price on that from Memphis because all mine were good. The part number for that little cork slice is 7411428 (I don't know the cost on this either because I just made my own from a sheet of cork paper).

Also, don't forget to get an axle flange gasket, p/n 7411265 for a total of $.75 each :P

Moving on to your worn spindle. What do you mean by worn? There are only a couple critical areas on that spindle:

1) Where the seal rides
2) Where the bearings ride
3) Where the nuts and lock goes

I noticed that on mine, the area of the spindle between the two bearings, it looks like a 3 year old machined it. It is probably the most horrible looking machine job I've ever seen...but it really doesn't matter, nothing rides there.

Now, if it's where the bearings ride, there are a number of tricks that you can do, it all depends on what you prefer, knurling the spindle, Loctite sleeve retainer, etc.

If it's worn where the seal rides, that appeared (on my trucks) to be a replacable. Mine were fine, but those sleeves are available, they are expensive at this size tho.

I have all the parts books and TM's for these trucks, if you need any other info, just let me know.
