Hey guys,
While we're on this subject, there is a privately owned former Nike
Hercules site for sale in north Texas, not far from Fort Worth. The
Comand and Control site is owned by a church, but the launch facility is
available. 16 acres, crew quarters, fueling building, warhead and test
building and 3 ( count 'em 3 ) underground magazines with missle
elevators. Property needs refurb., but is in fair cond. All fences are
up and electric power is on. I keep an eye on the place for the owners to
make sure the sump pumps keep working.
Would make a neat place to keep your HMV'v.
